How do I get mine?
Simply log in or create your account, choose the type and number cards you need, fill in the information required, and make your payment. We'll take it from there, guiding you where needed, getting your approvals and sending the finished product to your door!

Pick from our range of premium materials: PVC, Metal, Carbon Fiber, Bamboo.
Step 3
You'll have the opportunity to check and approve the card design before it's printed!
Step 4
Once your card is programmed and ready for dispatch, you'll receive an email notification and a tracking link. Use the link to track the package until it reaches you!
COMPATIBILITY AND SECURITY
Works with all devices
Your NFC card can be read by any NFC enabled device, including most modern smartphones and tablets. Your information is stored on our secure servers and not sold or shared to any third party.
Device doesn't have NFC? Not a problem. Your card also carries a QR code that provides the same information and can be scanned using the device camera.

This Refund Policy describes how we manage refunds.
Returns
We do not take returns. To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in the form of an order number and your order must have not been delivered per carrier tracking info.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your SQR Card is scratched or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement. We offfer replacements for damaged SQR Card with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
If you are having trouble with compatible phones and you would like to request a refund or replacement, please contact our team at support@sqrneio.com. Typically, all issues can be resolved with some helpful tips from the team!
Once approved for a refund, we will send you an email motifying you that we have refunded your purchase. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 days.
Warranty
If your SQR Card stopped working within the first 3 years of your order being market as delivered, you are eligible for a free placement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take sometime before your refund is offically posted.
Next contact your bank. There is ofter some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded (if applicable), unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
